Atlas was built for people with PCOS who are tired of apps that weren't designed for how their body actually works.

Generic health apps treat all bodies the same. But PCOS bodies are different — hormonal cycles affect energy and cravings, insulin response shapes how food feels, and what works one week might not work the next. Counting calories doesn't account for any of that.

Atlas is a pattern tracker, not a calorie app. Instead of logging numbers, you log how you feel — and over time, the app surfaces what's actually driving your energy, cravings, and appetite.

How it works

  • Daily check-in — 30 seconds. Rate your energy, cravings, hunger, and mood. That's it. No weigh-ins, no macro logging.
  • Food tagging — not tracking. Tag how you ate today: high protein, balanced, carb-heavy, snacking. No calories. No guilt.
  • Pattern engine — weekly insights. After a few days of data, Atlas starts connecting the dots. You'll see which eating patterns correlate with better energy, fewer cravings, and lighter days.
