About Atlas
Atlas began with a question:
Why is it so hard to understand what's happening in our own bodies?
For years, I knew something wasn't right. I struggled with symptoms, searched for answers, and often felt like I was piecing everything together on my own. It took years before I finally received my PCOS diagnosis—a journey that many people with PCOS know all too well.
But getting diagnosed was only the beginning.
I quickly realised there wasn't one place that helped me understand how everything connected. My cycle, energy, sleep, mood, nutrition, movement, weight, skin, stress and symptoms all influenced each other, yet every app or website seemed to focus on just one piece of the puzzle.
I wanted something that looked at the whole picture.
So I created Atlas.
Atlas is built from lived experience and designed to help people with PCOS (or PMOS, as it's increasingly becoming known) better understand the patterns behind their symptoms. Rather than simply logging data, Atlas helps you connect the dots between different aspects of your health so you can build a clearer picture of how your body works.
Atlas isn't a replacement for medical advice or treatment. It's a companion—helping you organise your experiences, identify patterns, ask better questions, and feel more confident in managing your health alongside your healthcare team.
Because understanding your body shouldn't begin after a diagnosis.
It should begin the moment you start looking for answers.
